Thank you for shopping with Staykation! Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 2 business days of being placed. During product launches and high-volume periods, processing may take 7–10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:

• Economy Shipping — $9.98 flat rate
• Expedited Shipping — Calculated at checkout via UPS based on your location and order weight

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Economy shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days after fulfillment.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at cs@shopstaykation.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
