What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards / debit cards and apple pay.

How is shipping calculated?

It is a flat fee no matter where you live or the size of the package!

How long will items take to ship?

Please allow 2 business days for processing between launches. 

During launches please allow 5-7 days for processing due to the high volume of orders. 

We do offer expedited shipping if you need your package sooner! Please still allow for the 2 business day processing time. 

Normal ground shipping takes anywhere from 3-7 business days for final delivery. 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time!

I need to change my order, how can I do that?

We understand that plans may change, and you might need to cancel or modify your order. As long as the product has not been shipped, you can cancel or make changes to your order. Please email cs@shopstaykation.com and our team would be happy to assist.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love every Staykation purchase. Please review our policy below before placing your order:

Exchanges Only – Pajamas & Apparel

We gladly offer exchanges for our pajamas and apparel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. If we do not have the size in stock for the exchange then you will receive store credit (minus the 9.98 shipping fee). 

Final Sale – Quillows, Blankets & Sale Items

All quillows, blankets, and any sale or discounted items are final sale. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item(s), and our team will make it right as quickly as possible.

How to Start an Exchange

Email us at cs@shopstaykation.com with your order number, item(s) you’d like to exchange, and your preferred replacement size or style. We’ll send you detailed next steps.

How do I care for my items?

Due to the knit fabric, we recommend machine washing cold on a delicate cycle and hang drying! We do not recommend using any fabric softener or dryer sheets. Please note that snags and light shedding can occur due to the delicate nature of the knit fabric.
