We understand that plans may change, and you might need to cancel or modify your order. As long as the product has not been shipped, you can cancel or make changes to your order. Please email cs@shopstaykation.com and our team would be happy to assist.

All blankets and quillows are final sale since all drops are limited, be sure to double-check the amount of items you purchase, sizing, and styles before purchasing.

Pajamas and clothing have a 14 day exchange policy should your size not work!

If you receive a defective item please email us at CS@Shopstaykation.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Staykation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure you choose LABL protect at checkout!

Due to the knit fabric, we recommend machine washing cold on a delicate cycle and hang drying! We do not recommend using any fabric softener or dryer sheets. Please note that snags and light shedding can occur due to the delicate nature of the knit fabric.
